Where you'll be working
Central Worthing, Rectory Road, supports 3 individuals with multiple disabilities. The role involves supporting living, encouraging, and enabling people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and access the local community and facilities.
We are looking for a Senior Support Worker to join our team, to continue delivering outstanding outcomes. This is a new service, and we aim to start our new team mid to late April.

What is required from you
* A minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK
* At least 12 months of experience in support services
* Level 2 in Health and Social Care or working towards Level 3
* UK valid driver's license with access to own car
A day in the life of a Senior Support Worker
* Provide person-centred care, including personal care such as bathing, dressing, and oral hygiene, respecting individual preferences and promoting independence and choice
* Contribute to and carry out care reviews to ensure support plans meet residents' needs
* Administer medication safely, supportively, and in compliance with regulations
* Lead and participate in social activities, outings, and engagements within the home
* Support new staff through shadowing and development, and potentially lead the service in the absence of more senior managers
