Cityworx are recruiting for an experienced Employee Relations Business Partner on behalf of a leading care and education provider. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, compassionate, and proactive HR professional to work across a multi-site operation, resolving complex ER cases, leading people change, and improving employee engagement and retention. Key Responsibilities: Manage a wide range of employee relations cases up to and including Employment Tribunals Provide expert, solution-focused advice to managers using a coaching approach Monitor case timelines and ensure all matters are resolved in line with SLAs Maintain accurate ER records, trackers, and audit logs Lead on TUPE, restructures, redundancy, and other people change projects Analyse HR data to identify trends and support business improvement Deliver monthly ER and workforce reports (absence, attrition, case activity) Support engagement initiatives including listening groups and surveys Contribute to HR projects such as leadership development, wellbeing, and staff communications Ensure compliance with employment law, Ofsted, and Children’s Homes Regulations Essential Requirements: Proven experience managing complex ER casework including tribunals In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice Experience working in regulated sectors (care, education, health, etc.) Ability to coach, influence, and build relationships with senior stakeholders Strong data analysis and reporting skills Organised, resilient, and emotionally intelligent communicator Willingness to travel across multiple locations in the Midlands and South of England Desirable: Experience with TUPE and change management projects Familiarity with Ofsted or CQC standards Previous involvement in employee engagement or culture initiatives Why Apply?
