We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to act as the first point of contact for prospective One Stop retailers, managing enquiries, supporting store onboarding and launches, maintaining accurate records, and providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations across the business.

Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for retailers interested in joining One Stop via phone, email, and the website.
* Ensure prospective retailers meet our criteria.
* Log enquiries on a shared document and update recruiters, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date information.
* Order and pack equipment for ‘store in a box’, including laminating documents, organising uniforms, and ordering point of sale for new stores.
* Process store creations, closures, and transfers and communicate these with relevant colleagues.
* Action standard rebate scores each month and share with the finance team.
* Book hotels for colleagues and franchisees where applicable.
* Action changes to the all‑store list.
* Support wider support and community teams with various tasks to improve effectiveness.
* Review and support the monthly franchise news document.
* Deal with all POP requests.
Requirements
* Building trust with franchisees and colleagues.
* Effective communication, representing the business professionally.
* PC literate.
* Ability to multitask.
* Understanding of store procedures and operations.
* Organised and methodical.
* Understanding of Hubspot.
