What you’ll be doing
You’ll be operating as a key legal adviser, working across:
* Debt capital markets, bonds and treasury activity
* Derivatives and financial instruments (ISDA / GMRA exposure highly valued)
* Financial services regulation and market developments
* Public law and legislative frameworks
* Lending, fund management and commercial contracts
You’ll also:
* Support high-profile debt issuance programmes
* Advise on strategic, fast-moving projects
* Work closely with senior stakeholders across risk, finance and leadership
