Sales & Marketing Manager - Burgeoning Health Food Concept - Central London - Circa £60k + Bonus. The Perfect Role for someone that has a passion for a health & fitness lifestyle.
A fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Manager or Sales & Marketing Manager to join a very successful & very high volume single site business as it plans to expand its core offering & also open up more sites this year
This significant & very well regarded health food concept is privately owned & is going through a period of cautious growth with sites opening both in the West & & the City.
The role is very straight forward - the Founder Director is looking for someone to come in & build on the already successful presence they have online (which already drives a footfall of circa 500 guests per day) but also to take ownership of the off site catering sales initiatives. This will be about creating an end to end marketing strategy for both sides of the business - using both online & offline strategies & then executing on that plan.
You will be working very closely with the Founder Director who comes from a pro sports background & we are keen to invite applications from those with a passion for health & fitness lifestyles.
We are especially keen to invite applications from Marketing Manager / Sales & Marketing Manager candidates that maybe want a route out of a heavily governanced corporate environment & into something exciting, fast moving with true autonomy.
You should expect to be leading on strategy & be central to implementing brilliant marketing systems & innovation in order to drive campaigns & traffic thru the sites & their off site Catering business.
Requisite senior Marketing Manager / Sales & Marketing Manager experience in high street groups or independent is paramount.
This is a Marketing Manager / Sales & Marketing role that isn't going to be for everyone. It's aimed at a Marketing Manager that is growing tired of thankless corporate contingency and all of the daily tick box exercises and the paperwork that goes with it - or a Marketing Manager who think their only two options are to either take on a Head Of Marketing role in their next move or set up on their own. It's for a Marketing Manager who knows that there is a lot more to running a Marketing function than just following ever stricter budgets & doing the same thing day in, day out. It's for those who want the term "our guests" to actually mean something. Perhaps most importantly it's for Marketing Managers in companies who don't want to lose the fire in their belly simply because their current company has got nothing else to offer them.
