Overview
The Home First Service is part of Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH). It brings together Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Nurses, Community Mental Health Nurses and Rehabilitation Assistants to deliver care across inpatient rehabilitation wards, urgent community response, virtual ward service and reablement.

Responsibilities
The Rehabilitation Assistant will support qualified professionals and contribute to the assessment, implementation and delivery of care within inpatient rehabilitation wards.
Qualifications
* English and Maths at level 2 or equivalent (GCSE 9-4 or A*- C or functional skills level 2)
* NVQ Level 2 in a related subject
* Evidence of learning from reflection
* Basic internet and technology skills
Experience
* Have previously worked with people.
* Have worked within a Multidisciplinary team.
Knowledge
* Understand importance of maintaining confidentiality
Skills
* Awareness of health and safety issues.
* Ability to deal with unexpected situations.
* Willingness to learn new skills.
* Demonstrate organisational and time management skills.
* Good written, spoken and nonverbal communication skills.

Pay
£24,937 to £26,598 a year, pro rata
