We are starting a new financial advisory firm that's built from the ground up to make advice accessible, modern, and trusted again.
We are a team of experienced founders who have built and sold a consumer technology business before (used by millions of people in the UK and US) and are now committing to the mission of helping people make big financial decisions.
We have raised Seed funding from one of the top early stage VC firms in Europe. Our application for new permissions with the FCA is submitted, and we're building our first products and services ready for launch.

Who we're looking for
We are looking for a qualified financial adviser to work with our founding team during the early phase of the business.
This role would suit someone looking for part-time work. During the rest of the FCA authorisation process (3-6 months) we'll require 1 day per week. Before we're authorised there may be periods where we're paying you and there isn't much work.
Once authorised there will be opportunity for increased days per week.
Responsibilities during authorisation period:
* Upskill the founding team by sharing your knowledge and expertise
Responsibilities once authorised:
* Work with the founders to shape the advice process, taking a first-principles approach rather than just copying what's been done before
* Support advising early clients, providing a high level of service
* Opportunity (if you're interested) to contribute on parts of building an early-stage company, e.g. marketing, brand, pricing model
Requirements
* Must have 4+ years of experience giving financial advice to retail clients, including actively advising clients within the last 12 months
* Must have a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent, e.g. CISI, CII, or LIBF)
* Active financial adviser with an up-to-date SPS, CPD and CAS.
* Comfortable in a lean, early-stage environment
* Available on a part-time basis
Compensation
* We expect a pro-rated annual salary would work best, but are happy to discuss day rates. £60,000 to £100,000 per year depending on experience
