Here at GXO, we are recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join our site based at South Normanton (DE55 2DT).
You will be working 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday, between the hours of 06:00 - 14:00.

What you do on a typical day:
* Monitor delivery and driver performance and escalating to transport teams accordingly
* Plan and assign routes to drivers and confirm booking dates
* Liaise and communicate with customer services and sales to identify issues that may affect the agreed delivery time, in order to keep the customer updated
* Maintain driver and customer relationships
* Maintain files and records, providing quick accurate information when required
* Meet targets and deadlines within agreed time frames
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Good knowledge of supply chain, transportation, and safety standards
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Ability to collaborate with other team members and departments
* Familiarity with using GPS and navigation tools
* Good Knowledge of Microsoft office packages
