The Role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our Fan Engagement Team with a focus on delivering impactful, creative, and data-led campaigns for a number of clients who look to us to help evolve their membership offerings.
This role is perfect for a proactive, organised, and creatively driven marketer who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll get to be involved in the full campaign cycle from ideation to delivery - across social, digital, and CRM platforms, all while monitoring and optimising performance to achieve maximum engagement and conversion.
Working closely with both our internal teams and clients, you’ll manage multiple projects at once to deliver the roll-out of high-quality content led campaigns, whilst ensuring that every piece of communication is highly impactful and on-brand. You’ll be part of a fan focussed marketing department working hand-in-hand with our internal content, creative, tech and data teams to ensure you have all the tools needed to create impactful and memorable campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
* Lead on content marketing initiatives such as blogs and Q&A sessions with members of the content team.
* Manage and execute CRM-enabled campaigns using platforms such as Dotdigital, ensuring timely and relevant client communications.
* Utilise project management systems (e.g., Asana) to coordinate tasks, deadlines, and approvals across multiple stakeholders.
* Monitor live campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
* Conduct competitor analysis, audience research, and trend monitoring to identify opportunities for creative innovation and growth.
* Contribute to detailed campaign performance reports, highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations.
* Maintain high standards of accuracy, attention to detail, and brand consistency across all outputs.
About You
You’ll be an ambitious marketer with experience in digital delivery and a passion for creating campaigns that truly connect with fans. You’ll be confident managing multiple projects, have an eye for detail, and the ability to turn creative ideas into measurable results. You understand the importance of balancing creativity with data-driven decision-making.
Key Required Skills:
* Proven industry experience in a social media, digital marketing, or creative-focused engagement role.
* CIM Qualification/Degree is a bonus
* Proficient with CRM platforms (preferably DotDigital) and project management tools (e.g. Asana).
* A creative thinker who is keen to research and develop ideas to drive impact.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Strong analytical mindset with the confidence to interpret campaign data and recommend optimisations.
* Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, digital marketing best practices, and online consumer behaviour.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Experience in creating marketing briefs for a creative and content teams to ensure the delivery of campaign assets.
* Ability to work as part of a team and constantly input into strategies.
* Confident is liaising directly with clients and key stake holders within the business.
* A genuine interest in sport, technology and creative industries is a bonus.
* Hold a valid UK driving license.
* Flexibility to work around sporting fixtures when required
