SES Engineering Services are recruiting for a Planning Manager to join our Central regional team focussing on high profile, technically complex mechanical and electrical projects across multiple sectors.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Planning Managers are a valuable part of our business, and their role will encompass ensuring adequacy of the planning and programming of projects. Whilst providing functional leadership and following company procedures and project requirements to allow proper management and commercial protection to be achieved.
As our Planning Manager you will:
* Ensure an effective and professional planning service is in place within the strategic project teams involved within.
* Produce planning reports for projects involved in to identify risk early and suggestive action for mitigation in delay situations and support the function head with business planning reports.
* Work with the functional head and functional head of other disciplines to ensure we keep the business’ planning best practices up to date and to share knowledge.
* Manage the individuals within the planning team on the projects involved in to ensure quality of planning output is suitable and support individual with personal development.
