Manufacturing Engineer
Leicester
Onsite 5 days per week – no hybrid working
12 months contract (Inside IR35)
Candidates must have 5 years’ experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, including the experience of the assembly of large metal components in the Aerospace or Automotive sectors. Any knowledge of welding / fabrication is desirable.
The purpose of the role is to identify opportunities for improvement in manufacturing process and successfully implement changes. This includes the development of new production machinery / equipment requirements, and working with suppliers to ensure installation is on schedule and within budget. Plus the development of PFMEA / control plans.
