Portfolio Manager – Single Family Office
We are seeking a Portfolio Manager to play a pivotal role in investment strategy, asset allocation, risk management, and manager selection for a regulated Single Family Office.
Key Requirements:
* Experience: 7+ years of relevant investment experience in asset management, endowment funds, family offices, or hedge funds.
* Investment Acumen: Strong understanding of multi-asset investing, portfolio construction, and risk management.
* Pragmatic & Astute: Ability to navigate complex geopolitical and economic environments.
* Low Ego & Team Player: Comfortable in a lean, hands-on, collaborative setting with a horizontal structure.
* Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex investment ideas to non-technical family members.
* Adaptability: Capable of wearing multiple hats in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manager Selection & Due Diligence: Identify, evaluate, and oversee external fund managers across asset classes (equities, fixed income, private equity, hedge funds, infrastructure, and niche alternatives).
* Direct Investments: Conduct fundamental research and stock selection for public and private market opportunities.
* Asset Allocation: Contribute to strategic portfolio construction and tactical asset allocation decisions.
* Risk Management: Monitor portfolio risk exposure and implement risk-mitigation strategies.
* Investment Research & Strategy: Develop and present investment theses to the family and internal investment team.
