My Client requires an experienced Barista, Monday to Friday, working in a staff dining restaurant in an office environment in the heart of Abingdon, Oxfordshire. The site can be busy therefore you must be able to work effectively, high volumes in the mornings, must know how to calibrate a grinder and have worked on traditional machines previously.
We are looking for a Barista who has a passion for great coffee & customer service. You should be motivated by teamwork and willing to help others. With no day being the same, you must be adaptable and positive to deliver specialty coffee to a consistently high degree whilst maintaining high standards of service to clients. This is a small team so the role will include not only making coffee and general work in the café too!
