The company is focused on performance marketing within the digital publishing space, particularly eBooks and author brands. In this strategic, fully remote role, you'll be responsible for planning and scaling Amazon DSP and Search campaigns with an eye on efficiency and growth.
The successful candidate will operate with autonomy, influence SOP development, and mentor junior media buyers. You'll thrive in a high-performance environment that values ownership, integrity, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, launch, and optimise Amazon DSP and Search campaigns, ensuring consistent performance improvements.
* Adjust bids and budgets daily to maintain campaign efficiency and hit ROAS and CPC targets.
* Analyse campaign data to uncover trends and areas for optimisation.
* Develop and implement testing systems for creatives, keywords, and targeting strategies.
* Mentor junior media buyers while actively managing and reporting on your own campaigns.
Essential Experience:
* Proven hands-on expertise in Amazon DSP, with a track record of driving performance beyond Sponsored Products.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed optimisation decisions.
* Experience in managing budget-efficient campaigns while scaling results in digital product categories.
* Confident in audience segmentation, creative strategy, and performance-focused execution within Amazon Ads.
* Comfortable using productivity tools such as ClickUp and Slack in a remote, asynchronous team environment.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
