About You
Global Change Management & Transformation Lead – part of the Global Procurement Centre of Excellence team. This critical, high‑impact role drives system and digital transformation initiatives across our global procurement organization.
Reporting directly to the Global Procurement COE Leader, you will shape and execute transformation strategies, ensure adoption, and embed sustainable change across regions.
Responsibilities
* Lead and deploy end‑to‑end change management strategies across procurement, suppliers, and GBS teams globally
* Drive stakeholder engagement and communication plans to ensure alignment and readiness
* Coordinate training and capability‑building programmes (workshops, e‑learning, knowledge transfer)
* Monitor change adoption and performance using KPIs and dashboards
* Ensure SOX compliance and financial controls during transformation initiatives
* Identify and drive digital procurement transformation programmes in collaboration with IT and GBS
* Define and lead the digital procurement strategy, aligned with global business priorities
* Act as PMO to the COE Leader, bringing structure, insights, and best practices
* Establish governance frameworks (steering committees, escalation processes)
* Partner cross‑functionally with IT, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain to deliver transformation outcomes
Qualifications
* 5–7 years of experience in procurement, audit, or transformation roles
* Strong understanding of procurement processes and operations
* Deep knowledge of COUPA, SAP
* Proven experience in change management and transformation delivery
* Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work across global, matrixed environments
* Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
* Experience with compliance, governance, and continuous improvement
* Bachelor’s degree required
