We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and client-focused Independent Financial Adviser to join our Financial Services team in Dumfries.
This role offers the chance to build strong, long‑term relationships with clients across South West Scotland, supporting them with clear, practical financial advice that helps them plan with confidence.
Working alongside a knowledgeable and supportive team, you will play a key role in delivering tailored financial planning solutions while contributing to the continued growth of David Allen Financial Services.
Responsibilities
* Manage your own portfolio of clients and deliver tailored financial advice based on a clear understanding of their circumstances and objectives.
* Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently and in line with FCA regulations and internal compliance standards.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring confidence in the advice they receive.
* Identify and develop new client relationships, helping to grow the Financial Services offering within the region.
* Manage workload to meet targets and deadlines, maintain accurate records using XPlan, and support colleagues across the business to deliver joined‑up client solutions.
* Maintain a high level of organisation, attention to detail and professionalism, and commit to continuous development of knowledge within financial planning.
