We are now looking for an Account Director to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. The Role As an Account Director, you will lead a major blue-chip client relationship, overseeing the delivery of innovative, high-quality 3D retail and experiential design projects. Working closely with the Managing Partner and the Design Team, you will oversee the full lifecycle of each project, ensuring exceptional delivery that meets client expectations and stays on budget. You’ll lead internal teams to deliver creative, commercially effective solutions, drawing on your expertise to ensure excellence across every aspect of the account and proactively identifying opportunities for growth and innovation. Additionally, you will: - Manage day-to-day account activity - Consolidate client information into clear, actionable design briefs - Monitor budgets and project performance - Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders - Prepare proposals and pitch materials to drive account growth About You To be considered as an Account Director, you will need: - At least four years’ experience in marketing and retail display manufacturing or installation - A minimum of four years’ experience in account and project management - Proven client and customer relationship management experience - Experience using Microsoft Office and Smartsheet/CPA tools - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and direct project teams Other organisations may call this role AD, Senior Account Manager, Retail Design Account Lead, or Marketing Account Director.
