My client, a nationwide specialist recruitment agency with a strong reputation, is seeking a Branch Manager to lead their Bristol office.
The Opportunity
This is a step-up role for an experienced Senior Education Recruitment Consultant looking to move into management. You’ll run your own billing desk while managing a small team of consultants and a resourcer, with scope to expand further. Full management training and ongoing leadership development will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage your own 360° recruitment desk with billing targets
* Lead, coach, and develop consultants and a resourcer
* Drive branch performance and growth, with headcount available to expand
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
What They’re Looking For
* Current Senior Education Recruitment Consultant (or above)
* Desire to step into leadership
* Resilient, proactive, and commercially driven
* Strong communicator with good IT skills
What’s On Offer
* £35,000–£50,000 basic (DOE) + uncapped commission
o Year 1: no threshold
o Year 2: small threshold, commission rising to 25%
