We’re looking for talented UI/UX Designers to join FindXtra - a platform created to connect skilled UK-based freelancers with businesses that need flexible, high-quality design support.
Instead of working one static job or doing repetitive agency tasks, you’ll have the chance to support a small number of clients on meaningful, varied digital product work.

What you may work on
* UI design for websites, dashboards, SaaS tools and apps
* UX research, user flows, journey mapping
* Wireframes, prototypes, interactive visuals
* Design systems & component libraries
* Visual identity and product-level branding
* Improving existing digital experiences
* Working alongside developers to implement your designs
What we look for
Must have:
* 2+ years of UI/UX or product design experience
* Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
* Strong UX fundamentals (flows, personas, usability)
* Experience creating wireframes & high-fidelity UI
* Strong communication skills
Nice to have:
* UX research capability
* Design system experience
* Motion/interaction design
* Experience collaborating with developers
* A portfolio showcasing real projects (highly preferred)
