We are seeking a driven and experienced Reactive Supervisor to join our team in Enfield, London. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of reactive maintenance services to our residents.
What you'll be doing:
1. Lead from the front: Supervise and motivate a team of multi-skilled operatives to ensure prompt and effective responses to resident repair and maintenance requests.
2. Prioritise and schedule reactive maintenance work effectively to minimise disruption to residents and maximise efficiency.
3. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any potential issues proactively.
4. Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with relevant regulations.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with residents and other stakeholders.
6. Investigate and resolve resident complaints promptly and professionally.
7. Monitor and control costs within budgetary constraints.
8. Ensure all relevant documentation is accurately maintained.
9. Promote a positive and safe working environment for all team members.
What you'll bring:
10. Proven experience as a Reactive Supervisor or in a similar role within the property maintenance or social housing sector.
11. Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
12. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
13. In-depth knowledge of property maintenance and repair techniques.
14. Experience of working within budget constraints.
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with residents.
16. Valid UK Driving Licence is essential.
17. FRA experience is beneficial but not essential.
