 
        
        Cluster Residential Child Care Worker at Pebbles Care.
Base pay range
Your salary will range from £34,719.00 to £36,248.00 per annum, pro‑rated, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
Your role may vary each working day across a small cluster of homes, with various shift patterns to support holiday or training cover. You will provide one‑to‑one or two‑to‑one support tailored to each young person’s needs across multiple locations.
Drive children to and from school, appointments, and visits (a full UK manual driving licence is essential). Teach valuable life skills, including meal preparation and household chores. Create lasting memories through engaging activities, outings, and holidays.
Training & Development
On day one you will attend comprehensive induction and shadow shifts. You will learn the Pebbles Way, our therapeutic care model, supported by your manager and the Learning & Development team.
What We Offer You
 * Starting salary of £34,719.00‑£36,248.00 per annum, pro‑rated.
 * Cluster Full‑time rota pattern of one day on (24 hours, including sleepover) and two days off (48 hours).
 * Average weekly working hours of 56.4, including sleepovers.
 * 5.6 weeks annual leave per annum (pro‑rated for part‑time).
 * 100 % funding for Level 3 SVQ/NVQ qualification in Residential Child Care.

Desirable Qualities
 * Up to 12 months experience working with children or young adults; more experience may allow higher grade salary.
 * Working towards or desire to obtain SCQF Level 7 or Level 3 Diploma relevant to the residential workforce (funding may be available).
 * Familiar with Codes of Practice set out by regulatory bodies.
 * Existing PVG/DBS certificate.
