We work directly with over 80 publishers globally – including Jagex, THQ Nordic, Owlcat Games, Handy Games, and Fulqrum Publishing – helping them reach gamers around the world while offering ethical and high-converting sales solutions.
As we scale up, we’re looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to help us grow our publisher network and drive outreach efforts globally.
What You’ll Do
* Identify and qualify potential publisher leads across global markets
* Conduct cold outreach via email and LinkedIn, using tools like Lemlist, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
* Maintain and update CRM records with detailed follow-up notes
* Collaborate with internal counterparts on strategy, prioritization, and deal execution
* Support ongoing deals and assist in partner onboarding processes
* Help research competitors and benchmark market activity
What We’re Looking For
* 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales (ideally B2B)
* A solid background or strong familiarity with the gaming industry – working with publishers, developers, distributors, or marketing/PR agencies in the space is a big plus
* Hands-on experience with cold outreach, outbound sales, and related tools
* Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2)
* Self-motivated, structured, and comfortable working independently
* Located in Europe or UK
