Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking Division builds and maintains close relationships with corporations and governments around the world in order to provide both traditional and innovative solutions that meet their individual strategic and financial needs.
About The Team
The Corporate Broking team focus on a wide range of complex transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, shareholder relations, recapitalisations, demergers, leveraged buyouts and defences against unsolicited takeover attempts, strategy advisory assignments and executions of public and private capital markets transactions. The varied workflow includes working with UK clients on overseas deals and non-UK clients on cross-border M&A into the UK.
Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking Division is looking for a Managing Director to join our Corporate Broking team in London.
Your Qualifications
• You have been educated to degree level from a leading university.
• Relevant Investment Banking (corporate finance/M&A) experience or equivalent required
• Strong analytical and modelling skills
• Knowledge of accounting and financial concepts
• You are a results-driven team player who performs well under pressure and against tight deadlines
• Fluent in English and excellent oral and written communication skills are essential; ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is helpful, however, not a necessity
• You are committed to excellence and maintain high professional and ethical standards
