📍 Location: Exeter

💼 Salary: £38,000 – £56,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits


Are you a Chartered Surveyor with a strong background in property transactions? We're working with a well-established consultancy that’s looking to expand its team with a skilled Estates Surveyor who can lead on leases, acquisitions, easements, and wayleaves.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on variety and wants to work across a diverse public sector portfolio in the South West.


🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

* Negotiating and completing leases, land acquisitions, easements, and wayleave agreements.
* Managing a range of property transactions including sales, licenses, and rent reviews.
* Conducting valuations, including Local Authority Asset Valuations.
* Supporting general estate management and handling rating appeals.


👤 What We’re Looking For:

* Post-qualification experience as a General Practice Surveyor (public or private sector).
* Strong track record in negotiating leases, acquisitions, and statutory agreements.
* MRICS status (essential); RICS Registered Valuer (desirable).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
* Full UK driving licence (travel required).
