The Opportunity
* Lead the day-to-day running of the IT Service Desk
* Deliver high-quality end-user support across the business
* Manage and develop service desk staff
* Support IT projects and contribute to process improvements
* Ensure systems and services meet security and compliance standards
* Work closely with colleagues across the business to understand and deliver requirements
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing incident resolution and service requests
* Overseeing device builds, troubleshooting, repairs, and life cycle management
* Maintaining IT systems, documentation, and audit requirements
* Liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders
* Ensuring adherence to Information Security standards
* Supporting wider business needs based on team priorities
