Job Title: Occupational Health Nurse Location: Norwich Salary: Competitive, based on experience (£30,000 - £45,000 per annum) Contract Type: Temporary Key Responsibilities: Conduct health assessments, including pre-employment and periodic medicals. Provide advice on fitness for work, rehabilitation, and adjustments for employees with medical conditions. Deliver health surveillance and screenings, including hearing, vision, and respiratory tests. Administer vaccinations and provide treatment for workplace injuries. Support employee wellness initiatives and promote workplace wellbeing programs. Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Offer advice on ergonomics, mental health, and stress management in the workplace. Collaborate with HR and management teams to ensure the highest standards of health and safety are met. Skills & Experience: Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin. Experience in occupational health or a clinical setting. Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and its application in the workplace. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
