Were recruiting on behalf of our client for a Social Media & Content Executive to play a key role in shaping how their brands show up online. This is a hands-on, creative role where your ideas wont disappear into layers of approval, instead, you'll be trusted to experiment, respond to trends, and make a visible impact across multiple social platforms.
This role goes beyond simply creating content. You'll be thinking strategically about audiences, formats, timing, and performance, while staying close to the creative process. Its ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with insight and wants to grow within a forward-thinking marketing environment.
The Role:
As Social Media & Content Executive, you'll take ownership of day-to-day social media activity across the company's brands. You'll be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content that connects with audiences, supports campaigns, and strengthens brand presence.
You'll work closely with in-house teams, including photography and marketing, to bring ideas to life visually and ensure content feels fresh, relevant, and on-brand. You'll also keep a close eye on trends, platform updates, and competitor activity, helping the wider team stay ahead of whats next.
While this role is strongly content-led, you'll also gain exposure to paid social activity, analytics, and reporting, using performance insights to continually refine and improve what you produce.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and X
* Own organic social media activity, ensuring content is consistent, timely, and aligned with brand messaging
* Support paid social advertising by contributing content and monitoring performance
* Develop content that speaks to different stages of the customer journey, from awareness through to engagement
* Collaborate with in-house teams, including photography, to brief and deliver strong visual content
* Monitor social trends, audience behaviour, and emerging platforms to keep content relevant and impactful
* Track and review performance using social analytics and tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Insights
* Produce regular performance summaries with clear insights and recommendations
About You:
Were looking for someone who brings both creativity and curiosity to their work. You'll enjoy experimenting with content formats, thinking about how audiences behave online, and using insight to guide your decisions.
* Experience managing social media accounts for a brand, business, or organisation
* A strong instinct for content, tone of voice, and storytelling
* Hands-on experience creating video content for social media, including short-form videos such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
* Confidence using scheduling tools and basic social media analytics
* Some exposure to paid social advertising and performance tracking
* A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to keep learning
