Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Southampton £13.75 per hour | Full-time, Term-Time | Immediate Start, after vetting process Are you passionate about working with children and thinking about a future in education? We’re looking for energetic, empathetic and adaptable Learning Support Assistants to work across schools in Southampton via a supportive education agency. This role is ideal if you have experience in healthcare, youth work, sports coaching, Camp America, or similar people-focused roles — or if you’re keen to start a long-term career in education and bring the right attitude and commitment. The Role As an LSA, you’ll support children and young people with additional needs, helping them to access learning, build confidence and feel safe in school.
