About HoTaco
HoTaco is a growing premium street food brand operating across UK festivals, private events and high-volume services.
We are now installing structure to scale properly.
We're hiring a General Manager to become the operational lead of the business. This is a serious role with real responsibility, not a shift-based position.
The Role
You will be responsible for running day-to-day operations and leading service across events and festivals.
Key responsibilities:
* Leading service without owner supervision
* Managing and motivating crew
* Controlling prep systems and food consistency
* Stock control, ordering and margin awareness
* Managing event logistics and setup
* Maintaining hygiene, compliance and paperwork
* Improving operational systems as we grow
You will be the person ensuring standards never drop.
What We're Looking For
* Experience managing in hospitality, street food, food truck or event environments
* Proven leadership in high-pressure service
* Strong organisational and logistical ability
* Commercial awareness and cost control mindset
* Calm, decisive and accountable
* Comfortable working long event days
* Available for UK festival travel
* Weekend availability essential
* Full UK driving licence (essential – mobile operation)
