About You
We are looking for a male driver to support a gentleman in his own home in Leyland. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working 1:1, promoting independence, and delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
As a Support Worker, you will be at the forefront of providing high-quality, enabling care. Every day brings new challenges and rewards, making this a truly fulfilling role. You’ll be key in helping us achieve our goal of being the best in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement person-centred support plans, promote independence, manage risk, and encourage positive relationships
2. Develop and deliver flexible, engaging plans that support autonomy and growth
3. Support healthy living and wellbeing
4. Facilitate meaningful communication and maintain accurate records
5. Oversee and support safe medication use
6. Ensure a clean, safe home environment
