BENEFITS: - From £12.50 25.00 per hour - Regular work 3 days on, 3 days off - Free on-site parking - Automatically enrolled in company pension after 3 months - entitled to Holiday Pay - temp to perm position DUTIES: - administer the movement of vehicles (and associated activity) received and despatched from the site in a timely, safe and accurate standard, in line with the agreed service strategy to the JS store network - undertake all activities in line with the KPI requirements/service agreements for that area - be accountable for personal Health and Safety practices - ensure that Wincanton Health and Safety policy and procedures are followed at all times - ensure that any customer specific health and safety requirements are followed where appropriate - assist, in conjunction with the Health and Safety Manager in resolving appropriate problems relating to health and safety and welfare matters - help ensure appropriate action is taken to remove/reduce any significant risks or hazards identified - raise any areas of opportunity for improvement, or concern regarding the working environment - raise any areas of opportunity for improvement, or concern regarding the environmental issues on site - assist in administering the service, integrity and accuracy of the WMS/transport IT systems (Isotrak, YardSmart, Tachomaster) - maintain accurate records management - work in accordance with agreed targets set by the Company and customer with regard to productivity, performance, accuracy, timekeeping and attendance; - escalate appropriate issues in line with agreed procedures to Managers - work as trained and in accordance with Company procedure with regard to all tasks undertaken within role - welcome new starters to the site and help support them where appropriate in their work - help resolve issues at a local level through effective team work Shifts available: Days 06:00-18:00 1 candidate required Nights 18:00-06:00 2 candidates required Pay rate: Days - £12.50 per hour Nights - £14.25 per hour Overtime Days after 48 hours - £18.26 per hour Overtime Nights after 48 hours - £20.01 per hour Bank holiday - £25 per hour REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: - Office 365 experience - Transport office experience Grafters Recruit Ltd have five branches, four on-site locations and four remote contracts throughout the country.
