Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager – Rimmington Location: Ribble Valley, North West Who Are We Looking For? This is a hands-on, sales-led role within one of the North West’s leading family-owned holiday park groups. You’ll play a key role in driving sales performance at Rimmington, supporting holiday home ownership, holiday bookings, and on-park revenue streams. Working closely with the Park Manager and wider Sales & Marketing team, you’ll help maximise opportunities, improve conversion rates, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the park. The Role Reporting to the Park Manager, you will act as a key support to the park’s management team. With a strong sales-first mindset, you’ll take increased ownership of sales activity, lead conversion, and sales-led marketing campaigns, while also supporting operational standards and processes across the park. Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of day-to-day sales activity, managing enquiries, lead follow-up, and conversion across holiday homes, holidays, and on-park revenue streams. Support the Park Manager in the day-to-day running of the park and sales operations, helping to maintain standards, processes, and a strong sales culture. Act as a key point of support for the Sales & Marketing team, assisting with the coordination and delivery of activity that drives commercial performance. Support the planning, development, and delivery of sales-led marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, and print, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives. Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content using tools such as Plannable and 360, with a clear focus on enquiry generation and conversion. Monitor and review sales and marketing performance using ParcVu, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Assist with the creation of sales and marketing materials using Canva, ensuring all content is professional, on-brand, and sales-focused. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Holgates’ products, pricing, and target audiences to confidently support sales conversations and decision-making. Proactively contribute ideas to improve sales processes, promotional activity, and customer journeys, supporting continuous improvement across the park. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records using Microsoft Excel and internal systems, supporting reporting and performance tracking. Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales & Marketing function as required to ensure continuity and consistency. Demonstrate leadership through professionalism, initiative, and a positive attitude, acting as a role model aligned with Holgates’ values and standards.
