Reports To: People Services Manager
Work Patterns: Monday to Friday 37 hours per week (12 month FTC)
Job Purpose Summary: As a People Advisor, you will provide a proactive and professional customer service to all LLA stakeholders, being responsible for delivery of a full range of people resource services.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Being the first point of contact for our employees, via email and phone.
2. Assisting with the selection, recruitment and onboarding of employees.
3. Assisting managers through the investigation, disciplinary and grievance processes.
4. Advising employees on the employee benefits provided, e.g. healthcare, pension (non- financial advice), Employee Assistance Program, Occupational health and Absence reporting.
5. Providing Employee Relations advice and working through minor to moderate cases across all departments, and shadowing complex cases with the HRBPs.
6. Delivering inductions across LLA.
7. Exploring opportunities for employee development.
8. Assisting with the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
9. Advising and assisting on issues relating to workplace relations and performance management.
