The Lawn Care and Landscaping Crew Member is responsible for day-to-day duties in our lawn care and landscaping divisions. Crew members shall work with their crew to complete tasks in a timely fashion.
Lawn Care and Landscaping Crew Members are responsible for understanding detailed directions from their supervisor and are able to problem solve and communicate directly with the customer.
To succeed in this role, the Lawn Care and Landscaping Crew Member should have excellent time management and communication skills. They will collaborate with team members and clients to deliver exceptional results.
This position supports the mission of the organization by demonstrating exceptional service for our residential and commercial clients.

Our mission is to provide top-notch quality lawn care and landscaping services. We do this by staying up to date on industry best practices, maintaining our equipment to the highest standards, and creating an enjoyable work environment that is both challenging and rewarding for our team.
Objectives
* Work as a team to complete daily lawn and landscaping service work
* Communicate effectively with team members to ensure proper techniques and duties are met
* Prepare for each day with the preparation of equipment
* Properly understand and execute daily work details that pertain to each client
* Ability to interface with clients and customers on behalf of the company
* Excellent interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with team members and clients
* Demonstrate excellence in time management skills
* Must be able to analyze information, identify solutions, and resolve problems in a timely matter
Education
* At least 1-year experience working in commercial lawn maintenance/landscaping
Job Requirements
* Ability to lift at least 50lbs
* Ability to work prolonged periods of time in extreme heat or cold weather
