Role Description
This is a full-time Recruitment Administrator role, located on-site in Craigavon. The Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for a variety of tasks including managing the hiring process, providing an excellent experience to applicants and assisting with various administrative tasks. The role includes posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, coordinating induction sessions and communicating with different departments to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Qualifications
* Experience in recruitment, including posting job openings, screening CVs and scheduling interviews
* Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
* The ability to interact with applicants and provide a positive experience
* Administrative Assistance skills, including managing schedules and maintaining records
* Experience in coordinating and delivering training to facilitate induction sessions
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
