LaplandUK is an award-winning immersive Christmas experience that welcomes over 170,000 guests each year, including celebrities and members of the Royal Family. Families journey through a 4.5-hour theatrical walk-through adventure that blends storytelling, performance, and festive wonder.
The Role
We're looking for Father Christmas Runners (FC Runners) to ensure the smooth running of one of the most magical parts of Lapland.
You will:
* Co-ordinate Father Christmas and his Magic Elves, ensuring they're in the right place at the right time.
* Provide everything Father Christmas needs to deliver unforgettable moments.
* Use radio communications to keep operations running on schedule.
* Support, lead, and motivate Magic Elves while protecting the guest experience.
* Work closely with FC Duty Managers and Controllers to keep everything seamless.
What We're Looking For
* Some live entertainment, events, or visitor attractions.
* Experience co-ordinating cast/teams in guest-facing roles.
* Strong knowledge of Health & Safety best practice.
* Confident communicator (radio experience a bonus).
* Knowledge of Lapland operations is helpful (not essential).

* Paid Training: Late October – early November 2025 (specific dates).
* Live Event: 13th Nov – 24th Dec 2025.
