Job Description:
* Position: Office Administrator
* Location: Kidderminster
* Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
We are seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and multitasking skills, capable of ensuring smooth and efficient office workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff members
* Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails
* Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
* Organise and schedule appointments and meetings
* Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
* Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
* Support other departments with administrative duties
* Ensure the office is clean, organised, and fully functional
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Onsite parking
