🚚 Class 2 Driver – Temp to Perm (Lisburn)
£14.30 per hour + Overtime (Time & Half after 8 hours)
We are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Lisburn for a Class 2 Driver to join their team on a Temp to Perm basis, starting immediately.
The company supplies all market sectors of the Stainless and Aluminium industry across both Northern and Southern Ireland.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
1. Driving a Class 2 curtain sider delivering metal and steel products, mainly across Northern Ireland
2. Multidrop deliveries to customers
3. Manual handling (limited – most products are forklifted off)
4. Occasional overnight stays (1–2 nights per month)
5. Overtime as required
🕒 Working Hours
6. Monday–Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30
7. Friday: 08:00 – 15:30
💷 Pay & Benefits
8. £14.30 per hour
9. Overtime after 8 hours paid at Time and One Half
10. Temp to Perm opportunity with a well-established company
✅ Requirements
11. Full Class 2 licence with minimum 1 year’s experience (insurance requirement)
12. Valid Digital Tachograph Card and CPC training
13. Good knowledge of Northern and Southern Ireland (beneficial but not essential)
14. Experience delivering metal and steel (advantageous)
