Overview
The East West Entertainment Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about high quality entertainment with an eye for outstanding musical talent. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for recruitment for Resident Musicians, Vocalists, and DJs. The postholder will assist growing the reputation of the East West Entertainment Group to ensure we are known as a luxury entertainment company with unwavering commitment to quality and talent.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for all shipboard casting for client vessels pertaining to Resident Musicians, Vocalists and DJs.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective talent and internal stakeholders.
* Deliver a robust recruitment program to include talent review, advertising, screening, acquisition and placement.
* Follow East West Entertainment Talent guidelines and SOPs ensuring thorough adherence.
* Lead audition application sorting and scheduling. Participate in in-person auditions as and when required.
* Lead virtual auditions on an international scale to maximise reach and attract the best talent in the industry.
* Maintain a talent bank of new and returning performers, ensuring to regularly touch base to keep warm any inactive or prospective talent.
* Develop artist profiles for presentations and build a portfolio of artists maintaining a warm relationship with talent and availability.
* Maintain recruitment pipeline ensuring accurate storage of interview documentation, declarations, social media screening, references, certifications, biographies and performance videos.
* Upload performance videos onto EWE private YouTube Channel and edit with intros and outros.
* Work alongside the Onboarding and Logistics Manager to ensure all files, certifications and requirements are up to date including medical, seafarer and travel documentations, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
* Support onboard management and team with welfare, programming, and talent management.
* Support induction training for Resident Musicians including dress and grooming, show quality, guest interaction and talent well-being.
* Participate in onboarding and offboarding of talent groups. Occasional international travel required.
* Provide weekly reports and updates on progress, milestones and achievements.
Education & Experience
* High School Education or Higher
* 2+ Years in Talent Acquisition
* 4+ Years in Entertainment/Music Field (Preferable)
