Work Pattern: 5 days a week, between Monday - Sunday, 7.5 hour shifts, between the hours of 9am - 9:15pm
Responsibilities
* Be the friendly voice on the other end of the phone and an expert in responding to emails.
* Use listening and communication skills to help customers with holiday queries and support them throughout their trip.
* Assist customers in finding their next adventure, resolve issues with bookings, and offer travel advice.
