We are seeking a results driven, passionate and experienced Customer Success Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring customers receive outstanding support and continuity throughout their relationship with our client.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday
07:30am - 16:30pm
30 minute lunch break
Responsibilities
* Reliable customer service & support
* Leading day to day customer services operations, ensuring timely and effective responses to enquiries, orders and issues
* Managing the customer services team and providing guidance where needed
* Providing training and performance oversight to the customer services team
* Handling escalated customer complaints / concerns with professionalism and problem solving focus.
* Building strong, long-term relationships with customers, by regularly checking in and identify opportunities.
* Oversee order processing, returns, credits and delivery co-ordination
* Use CRM systems to maintain accurate customer records
Qualifications
* Proven experience in customer service, account management or customer success role(s)
* Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
* Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProactive and solutions-focussed approach to problem solving
* Strong organisational skills / attention to detail
* Experience using CRM systems, order management systems and Microsoft Office.
