You will be an enthusiastic and organised individual. We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our growing Sales Administration team in our Bootle Fordstore.
A typical day in the life of a Sales Administrator:
1. Assisting and supporting the Sales Admin Department with all administrative aspects to ensure efficient running and work management
2. Undertaking tasks as set out by the Sales Admin Manager
3. Liaising with car showrooms
4. Sending instruction to workshops to prepare vehicles for sale
5. Using Excel spreadsheets
6. Taxing and invoicing vehicles
7. Attention to detail is key

Hours
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
