Job Title: Care Home Manager - Learning Disability
Location: Coalville
We are seeking an experienced Care Home Manager for a specialist Learning Disability home in Coalville. The successful candidate will be responsible for turning around a medium-sized home currently requiring improvements. The ideal candidate can be a nurse or non-nurse qualified manager with a proven track record in managing care homes.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of the care home.
* Implement strategies to improve the quality of care and standards.
* Lead and support the care team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
* Engage with residents, families, and local communities to enhance the home’s reputation.
Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in managing a specialist learning disability care home.
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* Ability to improve and maintain high standards of care.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: Up to £55,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
