About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Personal Advisor to join our dynamic Leaving Care Team.
In this vital role, you will provide practical and emotional support to young people aged 16–25 who are leaving the care system, helping them to navigate the challenges of independent living.
Key Responsibilities Build trusting relationships with care leavers and provide consistent, person-centred support.
Develop and review Pathway Plans in collaboration with young people and other professionals.
Offer guidance on housing, education, employment, health, and financial matters.
Advocate for young people’s rights and ensure their voices are heard in decision-making.
Work in partnership with internal and external agencies to deliver coordinated support.

This position is exempt under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the successful applicant will be subject to a criminal record check from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
