We are seeking an experienced, motivated and skilled Senior CAD technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our clients. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and present in house tailored solutions that leverage our cutting-edge technology offerings by thinking outside the box to make sure we are at the forefront of the industry.

Duties
* Design bespoke GRP permanent formwork solutions for bridge and civil structures, including cantilever panels, haunched panels, Lite panels, and coper units.
* Utilize AutoCAD Inventor and Tekla for drawings, Excel for calculations, and Google SketchUp for design modelling.
* Collaborate with customers to understand their project requirements and provide tailored design solutions.
* Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are manufacturable and meet quality standards.
* Occasionally conduct site visits as necessary to assess project requirements and provide technical support.
* Assist in the development and improvement of Mek-Dek products, incorporating feedback from customers and industry trends.

Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:).
* Proficiency in AutoCAD Inventor Tekla or Revit.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Willingness to travel to site locations and engage with customers as needed.
* Adaptability to remote work environment with effective time management skills.
