This role involves being the first point of contact for customers. You must be adaptable and resilient, handling various calls—from missed call responses to claims and complaints. Maintaining professionalism and calmness during emotional interactions is essential.

Role Responsibilities:

* Answer inbound customer calls with friendliness and professionalism, even in challenging situations.
* Identify opportunities to discuss additional products and protections for customers.
* Assist with administrative tasks like data entry and record keeping.
* Cover reception duties when needed.
* Respond to Trustpilot reviews from customers.
* Collaborate with team members for effective workflow.
* Develop a strong understanding of our products and services.
* Continuously learn to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate:

* Excellent communication skills with a friendly telephone manner.
* Genuine passion for customer service and resolving inquiries.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to multitask efficiently.
* Professional yet friendly approach, especially when covering reception.
* Positive attitude, adaptability, and team spirit, especially in sensitive situations.
