CPL's Health division are currently recruiting a Band 5 Paediatric Occupational Therapist or a special school practitioner in Buckinghamshire.
Clinical Approach
Our practice follows a 3‑step approach:
* IDENTIFY – comprehensive assessment identifies strengths and challenges.
* EDUCATE – share knowledge with team to support unique needs.
* ACCELERATE – personal therapy, individualised goals and activity programmes to reach full potential at the right pace.
Responsibilities
* Direct work with children and young people with Autism and other complex needs.
* Support OTs, SLTs and Physiotherapists in developing high‑quality therapeutic work.
* Implement a range of therapy interventions under guidance of the relevant Therapist.
* Produce therapy resources.
Qualifications & Benefits
Salary up to £32 . Will consider graduates with HCPC registration. CPL will pay for DBS, mandatory training and contribute towards CPD.
