Main duties and responsibilities:
* Participate in the day-to-day implementation of individual support plans and activities within a challenging environment
* Maintain effective communication and liaison with service users, families, and others while respecting confidentiality
* Support service users with meal preparation, laundry, cleaning, and social events
* Maintain accurate notes and records as required
* Work as part of a team to provide high-quality care
* Provide personal care support
* Support community-based activities
