Main Purpose
The EMEA PMO Lead will establish, manage, and continuously improve the Project Management Office (PMO) for Naviam across the EMEA region. The PMO Lead is responsible for the resourcing, recruitment and skillset of our EMEA (and India) delivery team, spanning across Project Management, Solution Architecture, Consultancy and Technical Development. The Individual will have good knowledge of Enterprise IT Delivery and be comfortable with working under pressure and managing multiple project stakeholders.
Specific Responsibilities
* PMO Governance & Frameworks: Support in defining, implementing, and maintaining project management standards, methodologies, and tools across EMEA.
* Resource & Capacity Planning: Coordinate resource allocation across projects, balancing demand and capacity. Maintain visibility of skillsets and utilisation across EMEA delivery teams.
* Recruitment: Forecast and own recruitment efforts across EMEA where demand requires additional capacity.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Work with various stakeholders to manage resource conflict and prioritisation as appropriate.
* Stakeholder Management & Reporting: Act as primary PMO point of contact for senior leadership in EMEA. Produce executive-level dashboards and reporting packs on capacity and resourcing forecasts vs actuals.
* Client Engagement: Engage with clients (where required) to provide assurance on delivery quality and governance.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimise delivery processes, tools, and ways of working. Champion a culture of accountability, transparency, and delivery excellence.
* Change Leadership: Lead PMO-related change initiatives across the business.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will be an analytical problem solver, with experience in IT delivery and resource management in similar organisations. The individual should be able to demonstrate:

* Knowledge of PMO tools (e.g., Planview, Clarity, MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence, Hubplanner, HubSpot, PSOhub etc.).
* Experience in both direct and indirect people management.
