About The Role: Plan, deliver and review engaging coaching sessions across multiple squads Provide individualised feedback and monitor progress through IDPs (Individual Development Plans) Contribute to matchday preparation, in-game coaching and individual post-match feedback for individual players Work collaboratively within our multi-disciplinary team Record session plans and player progress on our club system Maintain clear and professional communication with players, parents and staff Promote and uphold safeguarding, player welfare and the Academy’s values at all times Available Roles Girls’ Individual Development Coaches: Fridays (5-9pm), and Saturdays (Variable) 5-7 hours per week Girls’ JPL Coach: Tuesdays (5-6pm), Wednesdays (6–8pm), and Saturdays (Variable) 6 hours per week Coaches must be available for these hours on a consistent basis each week. We currently play in Sky Bet League One, the third tier of English football. Our home games are played at The Lamex Stadium, which has a capacity of 7,800 supporters.
